The Riley Men’s Health Fund was established in 2004 by the Riley families to assist men in receiving diagnostic tests and medical treatment. Annual fundraising events and private donations help to make resources available to the underinsured men of our area.
We missed our target and we must cancel the August 5th Trap Shoot.
Dear Friends of the Riley Men’s Health Fund,
Earlier this summer, you received information about a fundraising event to benefit Men’s Health. We had planned a competitive trap shoot to be held on August 5 at the San Juan Wildlife Federation range.
Unfortunately, we did not reach the level of participation that would ensure the event’s success. On Wednesday, the Trap Shoot Committee voted unanimously to cancel the event.
Here are ways we can still work together to contribute to the
Men’s Health Fund:
1) Purchase raffle tickets for two beautiful shotguns, a jumbo ice chest and tokens for ice and several other great prizes. Call the Foundation office at 505 609 6813 or email email@example.com to purchase tickets, or pick up tickets to sell. Tickets are $10.00 per ticket or 6 for $50.00.
2) Make a tax-deductible contribution to the San Juan Medical Foundation here.
Since its inception in 2004, the Riley Men’s Health Fund has assisted nearly 850 men in receiving medical exams, procedures, medications, diagnostic testing, and other health related treatments and services. This year, the fund has expended $43,536 to help men who needed and deeply appreciated our support. Please join us in this worthwhile effort. Local men are counting on us!
