Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon & Style Show

What started as a small "Tea Party" in 2000 has become an annual event with more than 300 in attendance. The Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon & Style Show invites the Four Corners community to "Celebrate Life in Style." Breast cancer survivors model fashions from Natalie's for Her, Him, Home, a local fashion boutique. The event not only brings breast cancer awareness to the community… the proceeds benefit the Cathy Lincoln Memorial Cancer Fund. The 2012 Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon & Style Show raised more than $18,000 for the fund.

The Cathy Lincoln Fund was established with memorial gifts from Cathy’s family and friends. The fund, which became operational in October 2001, helps uninsured and underinsured women in San Juan County, New Mexico obtain cancer-related diagnostic tests and treatment. To date, the Cathy Lincoln Fund has assisted over 1,040 women.

Tickets for the 2013 Luncheon will be available starting October 1, 2013 at the Medical Foundation office and may be purchased with cash, check or credit card, or by calling 505-609-6813. No tickets will be available at the door.
