Giving Societies

San Juan Medical Foundation values every supporter. You make its mission possible, its goals reachable, and you help change people's lives---everyday. Each giving society is designed to thank you and recognize you. SJMF has segmented the giving clubs in three ways: Annual, Cumulative, and Planned Giving. Each society has its own recognition venue and benefits. Permanent recognition begins at $1,000 for annual giving and $5,000 for cumulative giving.

These societies recognize individuals who believe in the mission of building a healthier Four Corners for everyone---everyday. If you become a member of any society, you strengthen and upgrade health care services in the area. Won’t you become a member today?
