The San Juan Medical Foundation

Formally established in 1985, the San Juan Medical Foundation is a community-based organization committed to the future of healthy people throughout the Four Corners Region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.

The Foundation is an independent non-profit, non-governmental organization which was formed to receive and administer funds for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes to improve health in our region.
